My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was fresh, clean, and very comfortable, but it was a shame that they were still using glass coffee mugs and cups during these times. The service was excellent, and I had no problems at all – Kayla Han was very helpful and ensured everything was just right. The location was great, close to the highway, shopping, and dining options. The dining experience was decent overall, but it could have been better with some fresh fruits. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and complete with everything one could need, opening up to a perfect patio for enjoying the grassy area. The morning cleaning service was a miss, but overall, it was clean and had plenty of pillows to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was just what we needed for our trip, surrounded by dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, including SallyJo who went above and beyond for us. The dining experience was lacking in variety, but the facilities were great overall.
